Just sharing this lovely machine, that my husband bought me at the weekend. It is a Singer 411, with cams for embroidery stitching, and is a lovely machine.It also came in this lovely cabinet with drawers and the cupboard opens so that I can sit close in and sew, a lovely piece of furniture, that has pride of place in my sewing room.

I know! I know that I am an addict, but there are sooo many lovely machines out there, what's a girl to do.

    Hi Wendy,
    You can't beat those old "blonde" sewing machines, my mother-in-law used to call them, because of the color. She was a professional seamstress and only sewed on these machines, especially the Singer 500. I just bought a 401 from the thrift store in cabinet for 35.00! Great condition. Love your sweet, furry friends.
